9th Sports Day

Our school Annual Sports' Day was held on the 27th March @ Saturday and automatically the following Monday was declared a holiday by the school's management. 

Some excerpts of the event....

As the Sports' Day was merely an half day affair, it wasn't feasible to carry out both the field and track events simultaneously.  The overwhelming events spreaded out a few days where we also did the rehearsal for march past. 
Time consuming events like long jump, shot put, high jump, 4 X 200 metres were completed much earlier.  Data was accumulated and points awarded to the respective houses comprises o Red (Bendahara), Green (Laksamana), Blue (Syahbandar) and Yellow (Temenggung).

Apart from the track and field events, we also organised telematch games for the pre schoolers and lower primary pupils which were carried out on the actual day. The highlights of the Day were the 50 metres, 100 metres, 4 X 100 metres and tug-of-war. 

The guest of honour is an officer from the District Education Department of Central Seberang Perai.
